Alicia Silverstone Signs On for “Vamps”

Alicia Silverstone has been bitten by the vampire bug — she’s partnering up with Clueless director Amy Heckerling again for a fang-filled love story, called “Vamps.”

Hitting theaters later this year, the films stars Silverstone and Confessions of a Shopaholic’s Krysten Ritter as rival vampires in New York who fall for the same — mortal — guy.As excited as we are to see another Silverstone-Heckerling production — since Clueless ranks among Gloss’ favorite guilty pleasures — we just have to ask: when will the vampire madness end?
